Procedure to Appoint New Members
The Tennis Committee stands at 9 Members, each with a 6-year term limit. This policy allows one or two new members to be brought on each year, as one or two members fulfill their commitment.
Anyone interested in joining the Committee will be asked to submit a short statement about themselves and their reasons for wanting to serve on the Committee.
New Committee members will be chosen by the Committee based upon:
Their submitted statements
Diversity of groups represented within the committee
Needs within the committee skill base
